At rest in Christ – a precious place
Where heart and soul are still
To feel His presence, know His love,
And find His perfect will.

At rest in Christ – where strivings cease
And busy pressures pause
To hear His promise, find His strength,
And grasp His worthy cause.

At rest in Christ – where I am free
From storm and sin and strife
To tune my heart, to catch His joy,
To find the source of life.

At rest in Christ – Lord, help me reach
This secret place of rest
Where I am one with You and find
The path that You have blessed.
