Psalm 23:4-6
Yea though I walk in death’s dark vale
Still fear will not go with me;
Your rod and staff will never fail,
They comfort me so gently.
Until I reach that golden strand
That’s just beyond death’s river,
I’ll find provision from your hand –
From want you will deliver.
And through the path of rain or sun
Your goodness and your mercy
Pursue my steps till heaven’s Son
Forever shines upon me.
There I will dwell forevermore
In God my Father’s dwelling,
Upon that happy, glorious shore
My hopes and dreams excelling.
