The Greatest Asset
Some would say the greatest asset
God has given us
Are the eyes to read His message,
Eyes to see Him bless.
Some would mention hands to serve Him,
Do His work below –
Show His love to those around us
As through life we go.
Some would cite the mouth He gave us
That can speak His Word –
Spread His message of salvation,
Tell that He is Lord.
Some would think a mind to worship,
Note His wondrous ways,
That can meditate and honor –
Bring Him glory, praise.
But whatever is the greatest,
This is surely next:
Just a smile – in this one motion
How much is expressed!
